As an online e-commerce store, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or provide refunds once an order has been placed and processed.

Our store sources and ships products from multiple trusted suppliers and fulfillment partners. Because products are processed specifically for each customer and enter the fulfillment and shipping process shortly after an order is confirmed, we are unable to restock, resell, or cancel these items. For this reason, we operate under a strict No Returns and No Refunds Policy.

Please ensure that you:

• Check all specifications, sizes, colors, and compatibility before purchasing.

• Verify your shipping address and contact details before completing your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is:

• Damaged during shipping,

• Defective upon arrival, or

• Different from the item you ordered,

To help us investigate your claim, please include:

• Your order number.

• A detailed explanation of the issue.

• Clear photos of the product.

• A video showing the condition of the product from the time you opened the package and the issue you experienced (where possible).

Every claim will be reviewed individually. While we do not offer returns or refunds, we understand that genuine issues can occur.

If, after reviewing your claim, we determine that the issue is legitimate and exceptional, we may, at our sole discretion, offer you a discount on your next purchase as a gesture of goodwill. The value of the discount will depend on the circumstances of the claim.

Please note that this goodwill discount is not guaranteed and does not constitute a refund, replacement, or exchange.

Order Cancellations

Once an order has been confirmed and payment has been received, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded, as processing begins immediately.
