Processing & Delivery

Once your order has been confirmed and payment has been received, it will be processed and shipped as soon as possible.

Estimated Delivery Times:

• South Africa: 7–20 business days.

• International Orders: 7–30 business days.

Most orders are typically delivered within 7–15 business days; however, delivery may take up to 30 business days depending on supplier processing, customs clearance, courier operations, weather conditions, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Please note that all delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Couriers

GenLondon works with multiple trusted shipping and courier partners. We do not use one specific courier company.

Your order may be delivered using different courier services and may arrive in either marked or unmarked delivery vehicles, depending on the courier assigned to your shipment. The choice of courier and delivery vehicle is determined by the shipping provider and is outside of GenLondon's control.

Shipping Responsibility

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery is handled by third-party courier companies. While we carefully select our suppliers and shipping partners, GenLondon is not responsible for delays, damage, loss, or delivery issues caused during transit by the shipping carrier.

If your order arrives damaged or you experience a delivery issue, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at mjbotha770@gmail.com, including your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos or videos where possible. We will review your case and work with our shipping partners to determine an appropriate resolution where possible.

Customs & Import Charges

For international orders, any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other government-imposed charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee.
